Day shift 8.00 am – 4.30 pm, Monday – Friday.

We are looking for janitorial and building maintenance employees to perform routine Janitorial duties in high-rise buildings common areas, office, restrooms, and elevators. Or in a scattered site or row house properties.

Job Skills / Requirements:

• Clean and stock restrooms, vacuuming, dusting, trash, mopping, lawn and Garden care, removing leaves and debris from grounds, shoveling and sanding walkways and exterior stairs and trimming hedges and shrubs using hand tools. Other requirements include;
• Recent cleaning experience
• Carpet cleaning and room turnover
• Ability to prioritize work assignment
• Ability to document work performed is critical
• Ability to stand, walk, stop, reach, and lift equipment
• Snow removal during the winter months.
• Able to lift 40 pounds or more occasionally
• Knowledge of cleaning metod and procedures; knowledge of materials, supplies and equipment utilized in cleaning activities.
• Efficient and hard-working
• Lawn care experience is a big plus
• Perform minor building duties such as light bulb replacement, electrical switch/outlet cover plate replacement.
• Must pay attention to details
• Must pass criminal background check.
